Vehicle & Inductive Loops for Traffic Detection in Sydney

• Is a Pre-formed Sub Terrain Thermal Vehicle Loop Sensor, developed and manufactured by PJ's Loop Service Pty Ltd.
• Uses a unique thermo plastic material which when heat is applied, melts and adheres to the surface then resets to its original state.
• Adheres to the sub surface or  temporary surface mount when heated via a gasblow torch. 
• Sub Terrain Thermal Sensors are designed to Site Specifications, prefabricated and shipped to site.  PJ's offer a complete service, Installation, Gutter-Cut Lead-ins, Core Drill entry hole to PJB, connection in PJB and seal Gutter-Cut Lead-ins and Entry Hole. 
• Is adhered to a sub-layer of asphalt over which subsequent layers of asphalt are laid. They are typically laid at a depth of between 50mm and 150mm below the wearing course.

• Core drilling of entry hole: 35 mm Ø entry hole and 32mm Ø conduit to suit
• Gutter cut lead ins: 80mm deep x 6mm wide
• Gutter cut & Entry hole Sealing: Denso waterproofing

• Post installation, before wearing course applied.
• Loop can be driven over during road works without damage or lift to Loop.
• Adherence to both upper and lower surface reduces moisture ingress.
• Reduction in road surface damage due to cracking.
• Wires are not left exposed in the gutter.
• Provides added protection from physical damage.
